  • “Drowning in a Sea of Chaos” was born from a moment of overwhelming anxiety — the kind that surges from inside and feels impossible to contain. The original was drawn instinctively in ink, the piece captures that spiralling intensity and the sensation of being swept away by  pressure.

    This artwork was featured in the Hereford & Worcester NHS Mental Health Awareness Campaign (2021) for its powerful visual representation of what it can feel like when everyday life becomes too much. The lines twist and collide, mirroring the inner storm so many of us silently navigate.

    Despite its turbulence, there is also a quiet strength within the piece — a reminder that expressing emotion is part of surviving it.
