“Plucking Hell” is a playful nod to my childhood, growing up with a guitarist father who practised constantly — often in the room directly beneath my bedroom. What began as a soundtrack to daily life became the source of teenage exasperation, especially when he greeted myfriends at the door with improvised songs. This ink drawing turns those memories into a humorous, affectionate tribute to the chaos of a musical household.

The original hangs proudly in my father’s office, making this print a joyful slice of family history.
